  • What makes Ladykind products different from other CBD products?

    Our hormone-balancing tinctures and pain relief topicals are powered by broad-spectrum CBD oil, ancient Ayurvedic herbs, and scientifically-proven active ingredients.

    We're not a CBD for women brand. We're a global women's health brand that contains CBD in its products.

  • Are the products lab tested?

    All products are tested at an independent 3rd party lab to ensure and validate consistency and quality. See our results here.

  • What is CBD?

    Second only to THC—the cannabinoid that gets you “high”—CBD is the most prevalent chemical compound (out of 100+) found in the hemp plant. CBD works with your body to deliver a range of benefits naturally—and effectively.

  • Are there side effects to taking CBD?

    As with any supplement, there is a chance that it could cause adverse reactions for some people, and/or could interact with certain medications. As with any dietary supplement, consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have or suspect a medical condition or are taking any medications.

  • How does CBD work?

    CBD supports your endocannabinoid system (ECS), a biological system that helps regulate your mood, metabolism, sleep cycles, pain sensations and more. Your body naturally produces endocannabinoids, but can use some extra support (hello, CBD) especially during big hormonal fluctuations or life changes.

  • Do Ladykind products contain THC?

    Our broad-spectrum hemp oil products do not contain THC. We test our hemp extract to ensure no amounts of THC are detected before adding them to our formulas.

  • Can I use CBD with other pain relief products?

    Yes. However consult with your physician if you’re using any prescription medications prior to use.

  • What is your promotion policy?

    Maximum of one promo code can be used at a time. Promo codes apply to the first month of a subscription only. We cannot honor expired coupon codes. Subscribe to email & SMS to stay in the know about upcoming promotions!

  • What shipping methods do you offer?

    Ladykind offers FREE shipping via USPS Priority Mail for all U.S. orders. Orders will ship within 24-48 hours after purchasing. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will not be processed until the following business day. Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. Due to CBD regulations, we do not ship to Idaho, Nebraska, South Dakota or internationally at this time. 

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept Paypal, personal checks or money orders at this time.

  • Can I return products?

    Ladykind does not provide refunds for exchanges for any products unless the products arrived damaged. If your product is damaged please reach out within 30 days of receipt. Please contact info@ladykind.com with any questions or concerns. 

  • How do I log into my customer portal?

    1. Click on the person icon on the top right hand side of the Ladykind site, or on the account page here.

    2. Enter your email and password and click sign in.

    3. If you don't have an account yet, click the "Create account" link instead or click here.

  • How do I add a one-time product to a subscription?

    To Get A New Product Once In Your Next Shipment

    1. Log into your Ladykind account.

    2. From your subscription page, click the "EDIT button" on the subscription you wish to change.

    3. Hover over the product that you want to add & select "Add One Time."

  • How do I change my subscription shipping address?

    You can update your debit or credit card at any time in your customer portal.

    To Update Your Shipping Address

    1. Log into your Ladykind account.

    2. From your subscription page, click the "Shipping Addresses" link on the right hand side.

    3. Click on the address you want to update.

    4. Make changes, and click "Update Shipping Address" button on the bottom.

  • How do I change my subscription payment method?

    You can update your debit or credit card at any time in your customer portal.

    To Update Your Payment Method

    1. Log into your Ladykind account.

    2. From your subscription page, click the "Billing Information" link on the right hand side.

    3. Click "Send Email To Update."

    4. Open the email sent and click the secure link to finish the process.

  • How do I skip a subscription shipment?

    To Skip a Shipment

    1. Log into your Ladykind account.

    2. From your subscription page, click the "EDIT button" on the subscription you wish to change.

    3. On the left hand side, click the "Skip Shipment" button.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    At Ladykind, we strive to provide an excellent experience for all of our members. Before cancelling, we ask that you please reach out to our Team Ladykind Support team via our contact form or by emailing info@ladykind.com if there is anything that we can do to assist.

    To Cancel Your Subscription

    1. Log into your Ladykind account.

    2. From your subscription page, click the "EDIT button" on the subscription you wish to change.

    3. On the left hand side, towards the bottom of this page, click the "Cancel Subscription" link.
