How do I use Rise Up and Wind Down?
Rise Up and Wind Down Tinctures are intended for oral use and are packaged in easy-to-use vials.
To start, shake your vial well to combine ingredients. Once shaken, use the dropper to place the oil directly under your tongue. Hold for at least 60 seconds before swallowing.
Each full dropper contains 16mg of CBD. For best results, we recommend starting with 1/2 dropper per use and gradually increasing to 1-2 full droppers per use.
Rise Up and Wind Down are safe to use in combination, 1-2 times daily.
How do I use Tough Love?
For the cream, massage onto skin anywhere you have pain. Some days your body may need more or less, so experiment as you see fit.
We recommend using it daily on chronic pain for ongoing relief.
How quickly will I feel results?
There is no one-size-fits-all answer.
Everybody’s biochemistry is different, so everybody will have a different response depending on their unique genetics and tolerance.
