Instructions:
Place bread slices on air fryer rack & set to 400 degrees for three minutes (adjust timing based on toast preference). Mash avocado and spread on top once bread is done toasting. Top with cherry tomatoes, boiled eggs, and microgreens.
Spring Vegetable Mini Quiche Cups:
Ingredients:
- Pie crust
- Eggs
- Milk
- Spring vegetables (peas, asparagus, bell peppers) of your choice (diced)
- Shredded cheese
Instructions:
Use a round cookie cutter to cut circles into small circles (the size of the cups in your baking dish) and insert them into each muffin cup. In a separate bowl, mix beaten eggs, milk, diced vegetables, and shredded cheese. Air-fry at 390 degrees for 6 minutes.
Chocolate Bunny Pancakes:
Ingredients:
- Pancake mix
- Small chocolate bunnies
- Whipped cream
- Sprinkles
Instructions:
Mix and pour pancake batter into air fryer tray. Place a chocolate bunny in the center, then cover with more batter. Cook at 340 degrees for 6 minutes. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles for garnish.
Lunch Easter Recipes
Bunny-Shaped Chicken Tenders:
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- Breadcrumbs
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Your favorite seasonings (we suggest salt, pepper, and garlic powder)
Instructions:
Cut chicken into the shape of bunnies. In a separate small bowl, mix grated parmesan cheese, breadcrumps, and seasonings. Coat chicken pieces in the mix by dipping them into the bowl to cover both sides entirely. Air fry at 400 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes, until they turn golden brown. For an extra festive flare, serve with a side of honey mustard.
Carrot Fries & Creamy Dill Dip:
Ingredients:
- Carrots
- Olive oil
- Greek yogurt
- Fresh dill
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Cut carrots into thin strips, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and air-fry at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy. For the dip, mix Greek yogurt and fresh dill together in a separate small bowl.
Dinner Easter Recipes
Vegetable and Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast Spring Medley:
Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- Asparagus spears
- Cherry tomatoes (halved)
- Goat cheese
- Fresh basil (finely chopped)
- Olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Butterfly the chicken breasts to create a pocket for the stuffing. In a separate bowl, mix goat cheese and chopped basil. Stuff each chicken breast with mixture and place them on your air fryer rack. Arrange asparagus and cherry tomatoes around the chicken pieces. Drizzel a little olive oil on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked through.
Honey Glazed Carrot and Dijon Mustard Salmon:
Ingredients:
- Salmon fillets
- Baby carrots (halved lengthwise)
- Honey
- Dijon mustard
- Lemon juice
- Garlic (minced)
- Fresh dill (chopped)
- Salt & pepper
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, and dill to create glaze. Place salmon and baby carrots in the air fryer basket. Using a brush, coat salmon and carrots with honey-dijon glaze. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, or until the carrots are caramelized and the salmon is flaky. Plate and pour the remaining honey-dijon glaze on top as desired.
Easter Nest Churro Bites:
Ingredients:
- Churro dough
- Cinnamon sugar
- Chocolate eggs
- Sprinkles
Instructions:
Shape churro dough into small nests and air-fry at 375 for 10-12 minutes. Coat with cinnamon sugar immediately. Fill the nests with the chocolate eggs and garnish with sprinkles on top.
