Learn from industry experts Stefania Manetti, RDN, and Dr. Milan Chavarkar, DNP, RN, FNP-BC, IFMCP who bring a collective wealth of wellness knowledge. Ask them your questions directly to get their professional recommendations on how to best manage stress, anxiety, and depression during the holidays.
Cloud City Supply’s medical consultant, Dr. Milan, is the founder of Lotus Integrative Health. She is also a women’s health and fertility specialist and Integrative and Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Milan is originally from the Bay Area. She first realized her passion for providing holistic primary and OBGYN care during her time at the Women’s Clinic at UC Berkeley, where she began her career as a nurse-midwife. After graduating with her Master’s Degree in Family Practice, she went on to complete UCSF’s nursing doctoral program in 2019 to refine her skills as a leader and educator.
Stefania Manetti, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 15 years of professional experience in the field of nutrition and wellness based out of San Jose, California. She is the owner of a private practice called My Vita Asana, a practical program that considers both the internal and external factors impacting health and food choices. Her holistic health approach also led her to obtaining certifications as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, as well as a registered teacher in yoga and prenatal yoga.
