Pineapple Peach Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- Pastry for a double-crust, 9-inch pie
- 5 cups of fresh peaches, sliced
- 2 cups of fresh pineapple, sliced
- 1 full dropper of Ladykind’s Wind Down Nightly Mind-Relaxing Tincture
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 425.
- In a large bowl, stir flour, cup of sugar, and cinnamon together.
- Mix in peach and pineapple slices.
- Pour into pastry-lined pie pan and dot with butter.
- Cover with top crust, cutting slits to seal the edges.
- Sprinkle the top of the crust with 2 tbsp of sugar.
- Cover the edges with foil and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until crust is brown and fruit juice bubbles through the crust. Remove foil for the last 15 minutes.
